1. Your Right to Refund
In compliance with European consumer law, you have 14 calendar days to request a refund starting from the day you agree to our Terms & Conditions and receive access to your course material. Any refund request past this period will be denied.
This 14-day period is your “cooling-off” period to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

3. Conditions
Refunds are available only within the 14-day period.
If you have completed a significant portion of the course within the first 14 days of receiving access (as defined by accessing most of the content of the course), we may discuss partial refunds.
After the refund is processed, your access to the course material will be revoked.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
The refunded amount will be returned via the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
